  • How do I view, cancel, or reschedule my appointment?

    You should have received a confirmation text and email where you can manage all appointments 48 hours ahead of time.
    If anything after that, please TEXT the salon, and they are happy to help.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that changes are unavoidable, and a cancellation may be necessary. We request at least 48 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. This gives us time to try and fill the cancellation and not negatively impact the stylist.

    Cancellations can be made through the appointment confirmation email or by texting the salon number.

    ★CANCELLATIONS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA WILL NOT BE VALID.

    THE CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS :

    Less than 48 hours notice:
    up to 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file

    24 hrs or less or failure to show: up to 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file

    You may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

  • Where do I park?


    Metropolis Parking manages our parking, and the first 2 hrs are free. After that, it is $5 an hour, and you can park anywhere in the Sylvian Supply lot or garages.
