What is it about the hair industry that makes you want to be apart of it? “I love the human connection part of it. Talking to folks and hopefully helping them feel better about themselves and their hair. I also love the vibe of a buzzing salon. Folks talking about what they are watching and there they are going. That’s my favorite part.”

What is your favorite type of hair to do? ”Well I kinda turned into a cutting specialist over time so I love that obvs. I’ve always loved cutting long hair on ally types of folks. I love cuts that don’t look like “cuts.”

Tell us a random fact about you: ”I was on a reality tv show at a former salon when I first moved to Nashville. As much as I love reality tv, it wasn’t by choice! 🫣”

How do you spend your Sunday? (Perfect off day scenario) ”Going on a long run outside, seeing a movie at the Belcourt and then a marg on a patio somewhere. (The perfect weather would be necessary for most of this…)”

What are you watching/listening right now? “Currently I am working my way though Apple Music Top 100 albums of all time. It’s been a fun experience.
I’m currently reading Big Swiss and it’s so funny and good.
I playing Smushi right now on my Switch
And the last movie I saw this I loved was DiDi.”
